This 2-part set "tie-down chain with load binder ratchet" consists of a chain DIN EN 818-2 with 2 clevis hooks and an external ratchet load binder with 2 shortening adjustment hooks with a safety pin. Both chain and tensioner have a conforming identification plate with a unique identification number. Never use tie-down chains for lifting. Always protect your chains, ratchets, hooks, etc. from sharp corners. If in doubt, consult a specialist on the matter. Only use lashing material that has a legible identification label.
