These lashing chains (also known as tensioning chains or tensioning elements) DIN EN 818-2, each with 2 fork hooks, are used with a chain tensioner. They are always equipped with a compliant identification plate with a unique identification number and comply with European standard EN12195-3.

Lashing chains must not be used for lifting. Always protect your chains, tensioners, hooks, etc., against sharp edges. Consult a specialist if in doubt. Only use lashing material equipped with a readable identification label.
