At the end of the transport chain, they must be destroyed and/or recycled (according to DIN 60005) so that they cannot be used a second time. The safety factor is lower than with multi-use lifting slings (5:1 versus 7:1). Also known as disposable lifting slings or single-use lifting slings.

You can recognize disposable lifting slings by their white color and orange label. Only use them if the label is intact and always check if they are correctly applied (tightened, not twisted, not over sharp parts, etc.).
